施工落地阶段

Construction landing stage

步骤一：施工合同签约
              根据定稿方案确定施工报价 | 主材费用明细

步骤二：开工交底
              设计师图纸交、接项目负责人、设备、主材供货商进行现场施工交底确保落地可能性

步骤三：施工跟进
              每个重要施工节点前往现场交底，如土建 | 拆除 | 水电 | 木制作 | 泥瓦 | 涂料油漆

            （Tips：异地项目另议对接方式）

步骤四：竣工验收

              根据施工验收标准按节点检查工程质量并及时解决相关问题、签订工程质保单

步骤五：软装深化

              设计师协助客户购买软装，线下提供购买方式或品牌线上提供链接，家具、软装到场后辅助陈列

               Designers assist clients in purchasing soft furnishings and provide offline purchasing methods or brandsProvide links online to assist in displaying furniture and soft furnishings upon arrival
